About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing beauty brand with a strong presence in social commerce, particularly on
TikTok Shop and Shopee
. They are known for trend-driven products and an agile, performance-focused ecommerce strategy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute daily content operations for ecommerce platforms, primarily TikTok Shop and Shopee.
  • Handle product listings, content uploads, pricing updates, and promotional assets across marketplaces
  • Coordinate with internal marketing teams, content creators, and KOLs to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives
  • Monitor and analyze content performance (views, engagement, conversion) and recommend optimizations
  • Support livestream and short-video selling operations, including content scheduling and operational readiness
  • Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines, marketplace policies, and beauty industry standards.
  • Assist in executing major ecommerce campaigns such as flash sales and double-date promotions

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in content operations, ecommerce operations, or a related role.
  • Proven experience managing TikTok Shop and/or Shopee.
  • Prior experience in the beauty or skincare industry is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social commerce content trends, especially short-form video and livestream selling.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and SKUs.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-oriented environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with KOLs, affiliates, or creator-led commerce.
  • Basic knowledge of ecommerce analytics and performance tracking.
  • Genuine interest in beauty, skincare, and makeup trends.
