About The Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Product Ops and Content for Tentang Anak Application. Your role is crucial to increase user traffic and stickiness to Tentang Anak App and ensure content relevancy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring operation in App content updates and stay relevant, creating SEO-based articles that are informative and engaging, strategizing and executing push notifications to effectively engage our user base, and finally all features within the app is managed effectively on a daily basis.

Job Description

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the app, including content management systems, updates, and maintenance.
2. Curate and source high-quality, informative, and engaging parenting content relevant to the Tentang Anak audience collaborate with Experts (Pediatricians, Children Psychology)
3. Research, write, and edit articles and copies for app content that needs to be SEO-friendly and adhere to scientific journals.
4. Develop an end-to-end comprehensive plan for push notifications, including content strategy, schedule and deploy push notifications using platforms Clever Tap, ensuring timely delivery and optimal engagement, and oversee the testing process to ensure functionality and effectiveness.
5. Monitor push notification performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize reach and user engagement.
6. Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Community, Experts, Brand, Product Manager, and social media to align content initiatives with broader business objectives.

Job Qualifications

1. Proven 1+ year experience in content writing, and copywriting, with a strong portfolio demonstrating writing skills and creativity
2. Proven 1+ year experience managing Applications, to ensure operation and content in the App stay relevant and updated. 
3. Have an in-depth understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques
4. Experience in mobile app content creation and push notification management would be an advantage
5. Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize information from various sources
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to optimize content and push notification strategies
