Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative management role or as a Creative Leader.
  • Experienced in both technical aspects (production, design, and creative content) and strategic aspects (concept planning, creative direction, and brand development).
  • Strong ability to lead creative teams, guide ideas, and ensure alignment with the brand's vision.
  • Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills and a high level of creativity.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and perfectionist in project execution.
  • Willing to work overtime when required.
  • Available to join immediately.
  • Willing to work on-site in Cakung, East Jakarta, Monday to Friday.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct the creative team in developing concepts and executing creative projects.
  • Ensure all content outputs meet the highest quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to fully understand production needs and objectives.
  • Oversee the entire production process—from concept to completion—with strong attention to detail.
  • Provide creative direction and mentorship to team members to elevate the quality of ideas and output.
  • Develop effective creative strategies to support the company's marketing and communication goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into creative strategies.
