Modinity is a retail lifestyle company that curates several brands, including Buttonscarves, Buttonscarves Beauty, Benang Jarum, Nada Puspita, Zyta Delia, Calla The Label, and TYGA. Currently, we have over 100 stores throughout Indonesia and the principal of our Malaysian entity of Buttonscarves with a current count of 6 stores. We also have our own manufacturing, located in Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta.

We are currently looking for Warehouse Outbound Lead for our manufacturing company, with the following qualifications :

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure accurate, timely and cost efficent distribution of products to retail stores, meeting delivery schedules and quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate outbound logistics operations, including product picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline distribution activities and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee and lead the team responsible for outbound and distribution operations, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with retail teams to understand store requirements and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse protocols.
  • Analyze distribution performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvement plans.
  • Resolve issues related to logistics, inventory discrepancies, or delivery concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Report key metrics and updates on distribution operations to senior management.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse and distribution operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring accuracy in product handling and delivery.
  • Agile and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
