Key Responsibilities

  • Menangani dan menyelesaikan permasalahan teknis pengguna sebagai first-level dan second-level support.
  • Melakukan troubleshooting terhadap aplikasi, database, server, dan jaringan sesuai kebutuhan.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim Customer Support, Product, dan Engineering dalam penanganan issue.
  • Memonitor, mencatat, dan menindaklanjuti setiap issue hingga tuntas sesuai SLA.
  • Menyusun laporan terkait issue, root cause, dan status penyelesaian secara berkala.
  • Memberikan solusi teknis yang efektif dan berorientasi pada kepuasan pengguna.
  • Mendukung proses perbaikan dan pengembangan produk melalui feedback teknis dari pengguna.

Job Requirements

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Komputer, atau bidang terkait.
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai Technical Support / IT Support (fresh graduate dengan pengalaman magang atau project relevan dipertimbangkan).
  • Memiliki pemahaman dasar terkait database, server, dan network infrastructure.
  • Memahami dasar IT policy, standard & procedure, serta SDLC.
  • Memiliki kemampuan troubleshooting dan analisis masalah yang baik.
  • Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan berorientasi pada layanan pengguna.
  • Mampu bekerja secara kolaboratif dengan tim lintas fungsi.
  • Bersedia bekerja full-time dan on-site (WFO) di Tangerang.
  • Pengetahuan dasar programming (backend) menjadi nilai tambah.
