Key responsibilities

  1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of IT systems and applications
  2. Assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software
  3. Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  4. Implement and document IT-related processes and procedures
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technology-related challenges
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to continuously improve our systems

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a similar IT support role, preferably within the Help Desk & IT Support industry (minimum 1 - 2 years experience)
  2. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve a variety of IT issues
  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users
  4. Familiarity with commonly used software, hardware and networking technologies
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  6. Adaptability to learn new technologies and continuously develop your skills
  7. Willing to be placed at: Alam Sutera, Tangerang
