Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Operations Support professional, based in Alam Sutera, Tangerang, Indonesia. The primary responsibilities include managing IT operations, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth functioning of technology infrastructure. The role involves system documentation, monitoring and analyzing technical issues while collaborating with team members to maintain optimal performance of IT systems.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Ability to handle daily technical issues related to computers, printers, networks, and applications
  • Good troubleshooting skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to provide on-site technical support to end users
  • Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems and computer networks
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills
  • Willing to work full-time and on-site
  • Prior experience as an IT Support staff is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
