Legal Officer

Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company's interests.
- Provide legal advice and support to management and other departments on business decisions and company operations.
- Ensure company compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Handle company licensing, permits, and other regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external lawyers, notaries, and government agencies when necessary.
- Conduct legal research and monitor changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company.
- Prepare and maintain legal documentation, company deeds, and corporate governance records.
- Assist in dispute resolution, including handling claims, settlement negotiations, and litigation support.
- Support HR and management in handling employee-related legal matters, including employment contracts and disciplinary actions.
- Protect the company's intellectual property rights and other legal assets.
Requirements:
- Min years of experience in a legal environment, such as a law firm, corporate legal department, or government agency.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, labor law, and contract law.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
