Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company's interests.
  • Provide legal advice and support to management and other departments on business decisions and company operations.
  • Ensure company compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Handle company licensing, permits, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with external lawyers, notaries, and government agencies when necessary.
  • Conduct legal research and monitor changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company.
  • Prepare and maintain legal documentation, company deeds, and corporate governance records.
  • Assist in dispute resolution, including handling claims, settlement negotiations, and litigation support.
  • Support HR and management in handling employee-related legal matters, including employment contracts and disciplinary actions.
  • Protect the company's intellectual property rights and other legal assets.

Requirements:

  • Min years of experience in a legal environment, such as a law firm, corporate legal department, or government agency.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law, labor law, and contract law.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
