Responsibilities

You will manage the full scope of HR operations, including:

1. HR Planning & Recruitment

  • Support HR strategy and manpower planning
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection
  • Handle employee onboarding and entry procedures

2. Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer monthly payroll
  • Manage social security contributions and statutory compliance

3. Performance & Talent Management

  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles
  • Support performance evaluation applications and follow-up
  • Assist in training planning, execution, and documentation

4. Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update personnel files
  • Manage labor contracts and renewals
  • Handle labor disputes, grievances, and arbitration matters

5. Administrative & Secretarial Support

  • Provide administrative assistance to business leaders
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience
  • Preferred majors: Human Resources, Business Administration, English, or other management-related fields
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employment regulations
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work independently under a dual reporting structure
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin to communicate with HQ from China
