Job Description :

  • Melakukan riset pasar, analisa tren konsumen, dan pemetaan kompetitor untuk menemukan peluang bisnis baru.
  • Mengkaji kelayakan bisnis (market size, cost structure, dan ROI).

  • Menyusun business case dan rekomendasi model bisnis baru.

  • Mengembangkan konsep produk/layanan baru bersama tim lintas fungsi (Marketing, Finance, Operations, dan People).

  • Membuat proyeksi keuangan (basic P&L projection) dan strategi masuk pasar (go to market plan).

  • Berkolaborasi dengan stakeholder internal untuk uji coba (pilot project) dan validasi ide bisnis.

  • Membangun relasi strategis dengan partner potensial (supplier, distributor, brand partner, investor, atau komunitas).

  • Mengelola negosiasi awal hingga kesepakatan kerja sama yang mendukung pertumbuhan unit bisnis baru.

  • Mengawasi peluncuran awal unit bisnis (launch phase) dan memastikan eksekusi sesuai timeline.

  • Menyusun laporan kinerja, evaluasi hasil uji pasar, serta rekomendasi pengembangan lanjutan.

  • Mengidentifikasi peluang scaling up dari unit bisnis yang sudah berjalan.

  • Mengikuti perkembangan tren industri untuk menjaga relevansi bisnis baru perusahaan.

Kualifikasi:

  • Minimal S1 di bidang Manajemen, Bisnis, Ekonomi, Marketing, atau Teknik Industri.

  • Pengalaman 2–4 tahun di bidang Business Development, Strategic Planning, atau Project Management.

  • Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman membangun produk/brand baru atau menginisiasi project lintas divisi.

  • Pengalaman di bidang FnB, Beauty, Retail, Healthy akan menjadi nilai plus

  • Strong business acumen dan kemampuan analisa finansial dasar (feasibility, ROI, P&L).

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Kemampuan berpikir strategis tapi juga eksekutif (thinker & doer).
  • Adaptif, kreatif, dan nyaman bekerja di lingkungan yang masih berkembang
  • Mampu mengelola banyak proyek sekaligus dengan orientasi hasil.
