Overview

This position supports the Legal Department in handling daily legal and administrative activities, including legal research, document drafting, and compliance support. The role provides exposure to practical legal processes while assisting the team in ensuring organized documentation, accurate legal work, and smooth departmental operations.

Job Description

  • Assist in conducting legal research to support legal analysis, opinions, and ongoing legal matters.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents, contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
  • Help organize, maintain, and update legal files, records, and documentation in an orderly and systematic manner.
  • Support compliance-related activities, including document preparation and administrative follow-ups.
  • Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks of the Legal Department to ensure smooth legal processes.

Requirements

  • Final semester student or recently graduated from a reputable law university.
  • Good research, writing, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiar with basic legal concepts, legal documentation, and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Preferably able to join as soon as possible (ASAP).
