Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line support to team members via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Manage calendars, documents, records, and databases.
  • Maintain the visitor logbook and ensure adherence to security protocols.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and assist with travel and accommodation bookings.
  • Support operational and project-related tasks as directed.
  • Respond to internal inquiries and assist with general admin duties.
  • Perform clerical and secretarial tasks to a high level of accuracy.
  • Process payments for office utilities and other expenses.
  • This role brings opportunity for promotion to other roles for competent and motivated individuals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Studies or other relevant field such as Public Relations, Law, Management, Communciations or a related field.
  • Proficient in English (verbal & written) – active use required.
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong numeracy.
