We are looking for a professional and service-oriented Japanese Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to communicate in Japanese at a minimum JLPT N2/N3 level.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests, clients, and patients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Handle front desk operations, including check-ins, registrations, and inquiries
  • Communicate with Japanese clients and partners using proper business Japanese
  • Manage phone calls, emails, appointments, and scheduling, billing and assurance
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and support daily office operations
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

  • Minimum JLPT N3 proficiency (spoken & written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is an advantage
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email handling, etc.)
  • Can join ASAP
