Tanggung Jawab :

  1. Menganalisa kebutuhan akan permintaan karyawan baru dan mencari calon kandidat yang sesuai spesifikasi yang diminta dari berbagai sumber yang ada secara efektif dan efisien.
  2. Melakukan evaluasi karyawan yang sudah mau melewati batas waktu masa percobaan dan habis kontrak.
  3. Bertanggung jawab mengelola dan mengembangkan SDM.
  4. Membuat serta memelihara sistem HR yang efektif dan efisien.
  5. Bertanggung jawab terhadap proses rekrutmen hingga penempatan karyawan.
  6. Pengembangan, analisa serta pembaruan pada kebijakan anggaran gaji perusahaan
  7. Pengelolaan standar operasional perusahaan beserta segala prosedur yang terkait dengan SDM
  8. Merekomendasikan kebijakan baru, pendekatan baru, serta prosedur baru yang bertujuan mengembangkan perusahaan
  9. Mengelola kegiatan pemenuhan aspek legalitas perusahaan, review kontrak bisnis dan semua perijinanan yang diperlukan.

Kualifikasi yg diperlukan :

  1. Pendidikan Minimal S1 Pisikolog/ Jurusan yang relevan.
  2. Pengalaman Minimal 3 - 5 Tahun sebagai Asisten Manager HRD (Diutamakan yg pernah di perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit)
  3. Menguasai microsoft office dengan baik.
  4. Kemampuan leadership yang baik.
  5. Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
  6. Bersedia ditempatkan Head Office PT. Aneka Tani Mandiri (Pangkalan Bun, Kalimantan Tengah).
