Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Sebagai Software Quality Assurance Manual, kamu akan bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan kualitas produk perangkat lunak melalui proses pengujian manual yang menyeluruh. Kamu akan bekerja sama dengan tim developer, product manager, dan UI/UX designer untuk memastikan setiap fitur berfungsi sesuai spesifikasi dan bebas dari bug sebelum dirilis ke pengguna.

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Melakukan analisis kebutuhan fungsional dan spesifikasi produk untuk menyusun test scenario dan test case.
  • Melakukan manual testing (functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, dan UAT).
  • Melakukan bug tracking dan reporting menggunakan tools seperti Jira, Trello, atau ClickUp.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim pengembang untuk melakukan retest dan verifikasi bug fixes.
  • Membuat dan memelihara dokumentasi pengujian, termasuk test case, test report, dan hasil UAT.
  • Berpartisipasi dalam review requirement dan design meeting untuk memberikan perspektif QA sejak tahap awal pengembangan.
  • Mengidentifikasi area potensial untuk perbaikan proses pengujian dan memastikan standar QA selalu diterapkan.
  • Membantu memastikan kepatuhan produk terhadap standar kualitas dan timeline release.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang terkait.
  • Pengalaman kerja 2–4 tahun sebagai Manual QA / Software Tester.
  • Pemahaman yang baik mengenai SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) dan STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
  • Mampu membuat test plan, test case, dan test report dengan baik dan terstruktur.
  • Pengalaman menggunakan bug tracking tools (misalnya: Jira, Redmine, Trello, Asana).
  • Pengetahuan dasar tentang SQL untuk melakukan validasi data.
  • Teliti, analitis, dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
  • Pengalaman testing pada platform web dan mobile menjadi nilai tambah.
  • (Opsional) Pengalaman awal dengan automation testing tools seperti Postman, Selenium, atau Katalon akan menjadi nilai tambah.

  • Mampu bekerja dalam tim lintas divisi.
  • Proaktif dan memiliki kemampuan time management yang baik.
  • Adaptif terhadap perubahan kebutuhan produk dan prioritas bisnis.

On-site - Full WFO, BSD Area

Working Hours:

Senin - Jumat, 09.00 – 18.00 WIB
