  • Work closely with AE and content teams to create visuals that align with project identity and business goals
  • Ensure consistency in branding, typography and design elements across all platforms
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Develop visually compelling designs for all purposes (social media, campaign creation, deck, branding)
  • Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, branding
  • Ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals
  • Fast learner and adaptability
  • Have creative mind and conceptual thinking
  • Ability to articulate design choices and receive constructive feedback
  • Available to work in shift include weekend and/or holiday time
  • Flexibility in adjusting designs based on project needs
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, capable of working independently and in a team
  • Have at least 2 years experience
  • Have full ownership and responsibility with every task assigned
  • Ability to think outside the box creatively
