What You'll Do- Hunt for new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social selling, and networking.
- Build relationships with HR leaders, decision-makers, and business owners.
- Conduct product demos and clearly communicate how KAMI Workforce's solutions solve customer pain points.
- Consistently build, manage, and close a healthy pipeline.
- Collaborate with the team to develop winning sales strategies.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:- Proven sales experience – 2–4 years of proven success in B2B or SaaS sales.
- Tech-savvy – You understand the latest trends in SaaS and how they can be leveraged by businesses.
- A hunter's mindset — ambitious, persistent, and aggressive in chasing opportunities.
- Excellent relationship builder – You know how to connect with clients on their level and build lasting partnerships.
- Dynamic communication skills – You can convey value propositions with charm and clarity, whether in person, over the phone, or in writing.
- A team player – You thrive in collaborative environments and are motivated to contribute to team success.
