Job Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop the work plan, project schedule, and budget to ensure the project is completed on time and within the allocated budget.
  • Ensure that all construction work meets quality standards and contract specifications, while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Lead and direct the construction team, including subcontractors, to ensure smooth and efficient operations on-site.
  • Address technical issues that arise during the project, related to design, materials, or construction methods.
  • Prepare project progress reports and coordinate with clients, project managers, and relevant teams to ensure effective communication and alignment with project objectives
  • Identify potential risks that may impact the project's timeline, budget, or quality, and develop strategies to mitigate or manage those risks.
  • Oversee the management of materials, equipment, and labor to ensure their optimal utilization and availability, and to prevent any disruptions during project execution.
  • Ensure the compliance of construction method and proper lifting & rigging plan with the general construction practices & codes
