Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day -to -day IT support for company systems and employeesManage and maintain hardware, software, and network infrastructureEnsure data security, backups, and system reliabilityTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficientlyCollaborate with different departments to improve workflows through technologySupport the integration and optimization of business tools (Zoho, CRM, ERP, e -commerce platforms)RequirementsIndonesian citizen or permanent residentBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field2+ years of experience in IT support or system administrationStrong knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and IT securityFamiliarity with cloud systems, ERP/CRM, or e -commerce platforms is a plusExcellent communication skills, problem -solving mindset, and proactive attitudeBased in Bali or willing to relocate
