Information about the job:

  • Job Title: System Completion Coordinator.
  • Projects: Onshore.
  • Location: Karimun, Indonesia.
  • Contract Duration: 12 months (Renewable).
  • Start Date: ASAP.
  • Rotation: 75/21.
  • Salary: Please state your realistic expectations when applying. This will be discussed with the right candidate.
  • Overtime Rate: Applicable.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:

  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental compliance.
  • Solid understanding of construction quality standards and contract obligations.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple construction disciplines and stakeholders.
  • Experience planning and tracking system completion and pre-commissioning progress.
  • Skilled in leading meetings and collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Capable of organizing documentation for system handover and mechanical completion certification.
  • Ability to manage punch list creation, tracking, and closure.
  • Proficiency in English.

Tasks:

  • Champion safe work practices and ensure all activities align with environmental and safety standards.
  • Verify that construction work meets contractual, technical, and quality expectations.
  • Implement tools and processes to track completion of construction and pre-commissioning activities.
  • Supervise site progress and guide teams based on commissioning priorities.
  • Organize system walkthroughs with clients and relevant disciplines to identify remaining actions needed for mechanical completion.
  • Lead coordination meetings to streamline system completion and resolve issues effectively.
  • Consolidate and oversee the management of punch lists, including both pending and resolved items.
  • Prepare and maintain completion documentation and certification packages for mechanical handover.
