Aftersales Manager

Location: South Jakarta, Indonesia

What you'll do:

The Aftersales Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aftersales activities, including service, parts, warranty, and customer satisfaction functions across dealer networks and service centers. This role ensures operational excellence, profitability, and premium customer experience aligned with the brand standards and business objectives.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical / automotive engineering, Business Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive aftersales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret aftersales performance data, financial metrics, customer satisfaction trends, and parts operations to drive service efficiency, profitability, and customer retention.
