Job requirements

  • Min. education D3/Equivalent
  • Fluent in English
  • Min. 3 years' experience working in one company Ability to speak English is a plus.
  • Have experience in TikTok shop/Shopee, and all platform E-commerce
  • Experience communicating with TikTok RM is a plus.
  • Have experience handling team.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Communicative, responsible, and thorough.

  • Willing to interview onsite

Job Desc

  • Develop e-commerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage TikTok activity/all platform E-commerce in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and a/b testing and reporting.
  • Analyse various data in order to deliver data-driven strategies in order to provide top performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Conceptualize digital marketing initiatives, analyze data, and measure results.
  • Plan and monitor shop performance and ads.
  • Monthly Report Lead and manage the team
