About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Admin (Intern) to join our Human Resources & Recruitment team at SCI Ecommerce. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. You'll play a key part in supporting our hiring processes and contributing to the overall success of our growing business.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including screening CVs, preparing candidate resumes for HR and HRBPs, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication.
  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
  • Help pre-screen and qualify applicants to identify top talent for open positions.
  • Conduct reference checks and verify candidate information.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment databases.
  • Support the HR team with other HR-related administrative tasks as needed.

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR or recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, or HRIS).
  • A proactive, service-minded, and customer-focused attitude.
  • A team player with a positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
