Job Description

The Mechanical Manager will be the driver of excellence when it comes to the overall engineering and maintenance activity of the factory. The person will be a proactive individual with many years' mechanical engineering experience and proven leadership skills.

Organizational Effectiveness
  • Define hazard and risk for Mechanical engineering & maintenance related works and ensure the hazard and risk are controlled
  • Ensure maintenance plan scheduling for Mechanical related equipment and parts well defined, available, and well executed to ensure high availability of the machine and achieve high MTBF
  • Ensure CCP and OPRP checklist, verification maintenance mechanical schedule well defined and well executed to ensure zero complain
  • Ensure skill matrix for Mechanical team well defined, training plan in placed and well executed to enable high MTBF and low MTTR
  • Maintenance strategy & execution plan scheduling maintenance to minimize downtime 
  • Monitoring machinery & equipment performance & make recommendation for improvement.
  • Trouble shooting complex mechanical issue & provide standard operating procedure guidance for repairment.
  • Ensuring all maintenance operation comply with applicable safety regulations & company policies 
  • Maintenance accurate record of maintenance mechanical work, equipment, downtime & readiness spare part.
  • Utilize reliability centered maintenance mechanical (RCM) techniques to reduce down time and also extend equipment lifetime.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree of Mechanical engineering
  • Min. 10 Years in the same field
  • English skills 
  • Technical expertise in mechanical
  • Abilities to analyze complex problem & devise efficient solution
  • Strong organizational & time management skill
