Job desc:

  • Payroll Processing/Salary Calculation, Overtime Calculation, and Employee Attendance Recording.
  • BPJS Health and BPJS Employment processes.
  • Visa and work permit processes for foreign nationals, as well as company legal documents.
  • Understanding employment regulations and communicating with the Manpower Office.
  • Reporting LKPM, PECAK PKWT, WLKP.
  • Hotel, restaurant, and ticket reservations for business purposes.
  • Petty cash and handling calculations for company operational car usage.
  • Controlling and ordering office supplies (stationery, household, pantries, toiletries).
  • Managing building and office maintenance.
  • Supervising work and coordinating with office cleaning staff.

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma 3 (D3).
  • Experience in HR-GA (minimum 1 year).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Understanding and familiarity with the organization.
  • Understanding of K3/HSE and its regulations.
  • Good communication skills, polite, accurate, responsive, and able to work in a team.
  • Base Salary: 6 million - 6.5 million (excluding meal and transportation allowances).
  • Willing to commit to a 6-month contract.
  • Reside around Cikarang.
  • Able to join immediately.
