Kami mencari seorang Chef berbakat dan berpengalaman untuk bergabung dengan tim katering kami. Anda akan bertanggung jawab dalam merancang menu, menyiapkan makanan berkualitas tinggi, serta memastikan setiap hidangan memenuhi standar rasa, kebersihan, dan presentasi yang konsisten.
Tanggung Jawab:
• Menyusun dan mengembangkan menu sesuai kebutuhan pelanggan dan konsep acara.
• Memastikan seluruh proses persiapan dan penyajian makanan berjalan efisien dan higienis.
• Mengelola tim dapur dan mendistribusikan tugas sesuai kebutuhan operasional.
• Memastikan ketersediaan bahan baku, serta melakukan kontrol stok dan kualitas bahan makanan.
• Menjaga kebersihan dan keamanan area dapur sesuai standar kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja.
• Bekerja sama dengan tim operasional untuk memastikan pelayanan katering berjalan lancar.
• Mengontrol biaya produksi dan meminimalkan pemborosan bahan makanan.
Kualifikasi:
• Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun sebagai Chef di restoran, hotel, atau bisnis katering.
• Memiliki kemampuan memasak berbagai jenis hidangan (tradisional, internasional, atau sesuai niche bisnis).
• Paham standar kebersihan makanan (food safety & hygiene).
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan dalam waktu yang terbatas (event-based).
• Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan komunikasi yang baik dalam mengelola tim dapur.
• Kreatif, teliti, dan memiliki passion tinggi di bidang kuliner.
