Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Accountant, located in West Jakarta. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for managing accounting operations, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. Additional tasks include reconciling accounts, processing transactions, assisting with audits, and maintaining accurate financial records. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to provide financial insights and support company decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Cost Analysis
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance roles
  • Proficiency in using Accounting Software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Detail-oriented with skills in Bookkeeping, Reconciling Accounts, and Financial Data Analysis
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Previous experience in accounting or finance roles is an advantage
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various departments
