Job Title - BP Lead Specialist

Location – Cileungsi, Indonesia

Business Planning Specialist is responsible for leading production transfer initiatives across multiple sites, ensuring seamless execution through effective timeline management, cross-functional collaboration, and risk mitigation. This role drives operational excellence by coordinating with Commercial, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance teams, while providing regular progress updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate Project Transfer activities between sites.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercials, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance).
  • Identify risks and mitigation plans related to production transfer
  • Monitor and report progress to stakeholders and leadership.

You Bring:

  • Strong project management skills (PMP certification is a plus).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Excel, Power BI).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
