Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans.
  • Prepare campaign plans for product launches, promotions, and events.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to support strategic decisions.
  • Create and manage promotional and social media content calendars.
  • Propose creative ideas for branding, digital activations, and influencer or collaboration campaigns.
  • Schedule and manage content posting across social media and other platforms.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports (reach, engagement, leads, etc.).
  • Assist in coordinating with the design team and external vendors.
  • Manage promotional materials such as flyers, banners, catalogs, vouchers, and others.
  • Have experience participating in product launches or marketing campaigns.
  • Possess basic knowledge of digital advertising or SEO.
  • Maintain a portfolio of marketing campaigns or promotional content previously handled.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in marketing (experience in the Beauty Industry is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and current digital trends.
  • Familiar with tools such as Google Sheets, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Detail-oriented, communicative, creative, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
