About the role

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing professional to join our dynamic team at PT Langgeng Dunia Selaras as a Digital Marketing (Food N Beverage) on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the digital marketing strategy and execution for our exciting Food and Beverage (F&B) portfolio, helping to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your digital marketing expertise in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, search, display) to support the growth and success of our F&B brands
  • Create engaging, visually appealing, and on-brand content (e.g., social media posts, email newsletters, website content) to captivate our target audience
  • Optimise digital marketing campaigns and content based on data-driven insights to maximise performance and return on investment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, creative, e-commerce) to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and proactively suggest new strategies to stay ahead of the competition

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the F&B or consumer goods industry
  • Proficiency in developing and executing successful social media, email, search engine, and display advertising campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and engaging manner
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
  • Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools
