About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced staff compliance risk management to join our team at PT Sinergi Pratama Sukses. This is a contract role based in Batam Kota Kepulauan Riau. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our organisation operates in full compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing robust compliance policies and procedures
  2. Monitoring and assessing regulatory changes to ensure the company remains compliant
  3. Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies
  4. Providing compliance training and guidance to employees
  5. Liaising with external regulatory bodies and auditors
  6. Maintaining comprehensive documentation and reporting on compliance activities

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience in a compliance or risk management role, ideally within the banking process and financial services industry
  2. Have strong coordination abilities
  3. Strong working knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards
  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and konsolidasi with team project KSO/JO
  5. Proficient in risk assessment methodologies and control framework development
  6. Ability to communicate complex compliance and risk concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  7. Proven track record of delivering successful compliance initiatives
  8. Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as law, finance or business
