Job Description

  • Assist in the execution of CRM communication campaigns across multiple channels, including push notifications, emails, and others.

  • Develop and refine compelling copy for CRM campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all campaigns are accurate, aligned with briefs, and delivered on schedule.

  • Prepare basic campaign performance reports and summarize key insights for the team.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and timely campaign delivery.

  • Support process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance CRM strategy and workflows.

  • Provide assistance for ad-hoc or urgent CRM requests as needed.

Requirement

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate from a reputable university.

  • Fast learner who can adapt quickly to new and complex systems.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (advanced features a plus).

  • Creative thinker with fresh ideas to engage customers through copy.

  • Willing to commit to a 6-month internship.
