Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the maintenance of various medical equipment installed in the designated area, ensuring proper functioning and troubleshooting as needed
  • Perform installations of medical equipment when certified and required
  • Support the sales team by gathering detailed information on the installed base and monitoring customer satisfaction
  • Provide technical assistance and product demonstrations for clients to ensure optimal use of equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status
  • Respond promptly to service calls and ensure timely resolution of technical issues

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum D3/S1 in Electromedic, Electronic, or Instrumentation (STR is an advantage)
  • Experience required as an ATEM
  • Practical knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, including analysis of wiring diagrams for electric and electronic circuits
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining complex medical equipment
