About the Job:

- The role of Account Management plays pivotal part in nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders.
- Account Management are tasked with the responsibility of overseeing and supporting the needs of partner drivers, merchants, and other business clients.
- Involves regular communication with partners, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
- Account management also work closely with cross-functional teams within company, channeling partner feedback to enhance services and offerings

Job Scopes/Description:

- Ensuring Partner Satisfaction
- Fostering Loyalty and Long term Partnership
- Effective communication between partners and company
- Identifying growth opportunities for partners within the company ecosystem
- Problem solving

Experience / Criteria:

- Fluent in Indonesian with a good vocabulary and correct sentence structure
- Fluent in basic mathematics
- Min. Education D3
- Experienced in field sales
- Able to understand or _fluent in local language _is additional point
- Experienced in similar Online Delivery Apps

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rp2,500,000.00 - Rp2,800,000.00 per month
