Description

Requirement

    • Final year student or recent graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Prior internship experience in data, business, or product analysis is a plus.
  • Basic proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (Python, R, or advanced Excel).
  • Understanding of A/B testing, funnel analysis, and key product metrics (e.g., conversion, retention, LTV).
  • Interest or basic knowledge in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and communicating insights clearly.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring digital campaign performance across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and help analyze data to identify key trends and insights.
  • Support the team in optimizing budget allocation and bidding strategies to improve ROI.
  • Help design, execute, and evaluate A/B testing for digital ads and landing pages.
  • Prepare and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards for internal review.
  • Conduct basic keyword, audience, and competitor research to support marketing strategy development.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure alignment between campaigns and business goals.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, summarizing key points, and handling client communications under supervision.
  • Learn to use and apply tools such as Google Analytics, Google Optimize, and other digital marketing platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
