RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Manage marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and D2C web-commerce operations to achieve sales, conversion, and AOV targets, including promotional strategy planning and daily performance monitoring.


• Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth stock management, order fulfillment, campaign execution, and service-level performance.


• Optimize product listings, website merchandising, and checkout funnel through SEO and A/B testing to improve conversion rates.


• Manage CRM/CDP activities, including data integration, customer segmentation, and execution of automated journeys and personalized campaigns (WhatsApp, email, push notification, and ads).


• Prepare dashboards and performance reports (GMV, repeat rate, CLV, ROI), providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or CRM/digital marketing coordination.


• Proven ability to manage multi-platform marketplace performance (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and web-commerce activities.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with performance dashboards and data reports.


• Familiarity with CRM/CDP platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Bitrix24, or similar).


• Experience with marketplace advertising tools and basic understanding of SEO/SEM.


• Knowledge of customer segmentation, retention strategies, and automation flow.


• Able to lead and coordinate a small operational team effectively.


• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and proactive in executing improvement initiatives.


• Willing to be placed at Depok, West Java.
