PotenLab is a Korea-based software house that has been building high-quality digital products for the past 6 years.

We work with fast-moving startups to create scalable, well-designed platforms—from community and commerce systems to R&D-driven AI/ML products.

Our planning, design, and product teams are based in Korea, and we are now strengthening our
on-site engineering base in Bandung
.

Our goal is to build a long-term, high-performing engineering hub that works closely with the Korean team to deliver global-standard products.

  • Those joining us in Bandung will be part of PotenLab's growing R&D organization, contributing to real products used by thousands of users.

Position Overview

As a PM Engineer, you will oversee the full development lifecycle across multiple projects — from requirement analysis to QA. You must be able to handle fast-paced timelines, coordinate with Korean teams, and manage developers with strict discipline and clarity.


Key Responsibilities

* Analyze requirements from documents, discussions, and Figma designs

* Manage
3–6 ongoing projects
, covering timelines, developer workload, and delivery

* Provide
weekly progress reports
to Korean teams and stakeholders

* Perform QA testing on completed features, document issues, and follow up with developers

* Communicate closely with designers, developers, and clients

* Ensure projects follow clear processes, documentation, and quality standards

* Maintain high communication availability (weekday evenings & weekends when needed)


Requirements

These are absolutely mandatory:

Full-time availability

* Strong IT project leadership experience OR hands-on development experience

(You must have real experience working with software development teams.)

* Ability to manage multiple technical projects at the same time

* Excellent communication, structured thinking, and task ownership

*
Business-level English is REQUIRED

*
Korean language ability is a advantage (please highlight if you can speak Korean)

* Ability to push developers, enforce timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery

* Comfortable with hybrid work and flexible communication hours


Compensation

*
Base Salary
: 10–13 juta per month

*
Project Bonus
: ~1–3 juta per project per month

* Total expected earnings:
15–25 juta per month

*
Contract renews every 3 months

* First 3 months are
probation
(80% of base salary, adjusted bonus will be given)

: 1 PM – 6 PM

* You may work flexibly outside these hours

* Must be reachable during weekday evenings and weekends when required
