Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bandung for an Event Project Manager. The Event Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and creative events. Responsibilities include managing event logistics, developing timelines, coordinating with clients and vendors, handling budgets, and ensuring the seamless execution of events. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality and memorable events that align with the clients' goals and expectations.

Qualifications

  • Event Planning and Event Management skills to successfully organize and execute events.
  • Strong Budgeting and Budget Management abilities to achieve financial objectives while maintaining quality.
  • Excellent Communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Adaptability, creativity, and strong problem-solving capabilities to handle unexpected challenges during events.
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in event management or coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
