Role Overview

As part of our vibrant team, Event Production will take charge of planning and executing various events — managing vendors, coordinating venues, handling logistics, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly on-site.


What You'll Do
  • Oversee all aspects of event production — from setup to wrap-up
  • Manage vendor relationships and venue coordination
  • Supervise event equipment, logistics, and infrastructure
  • Ensure smooth execution under tight timelines and deadlines
  • Work closely with creative & technical teams to deliver impactful events

What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven experience in vendor & venue coordination
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Sharp attention to detail & creative problem-solving
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Knowledge of event equipment (sound, lighting, LED, electricity, genset, etc.)
