Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Legal based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Head of Legal will be responsible for overseeing all legal operations, ensuring legal compliance, providing legal consulting, and preparing legal documents. This role will also require addressing legal issues, collaborating with various departments, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations. The Head of Legal will lead and manage the legal team, support senior management, and ensure that the company's legal interests are protected.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Law and Legal Issues
  • Experience in Legal Compliance and Legal Consulting
  • Skills in Legal Document Preparation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Law from top 5 local state universities or overseas graduated
  • Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia
  • Min. 10 yrs experience
