Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Junior Marketing Staff to join our dynamic team on-site in South Jakarta (Sudirman area). The role involves supporting marketing campaigns, conducting market research, assisting with the development of marketing strategies, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance customer outreach. The Junior Marketing Staff will also engage in customer service tasks to ensure a positive experience for our audience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with the audience and provide excellent support.
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy development for targeted audience engagement.
- Experience or knowledge in Sales and marketing activities to help achieve company goals.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A degree or background in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media tools is a plus.
