Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Marketing Staff located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Junior Marketing Staff will engage in daily tasks such as market research, assisting in the development of marketing strategies, coordinating promotional activities, supporting customer service interactions, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the marketing team to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey and represent brand messages.
  • Experience in market research and knowledge of marketing strategies to develop impactful campaigns.
  • Understanding of sales goals and the ability to support sales activities.
  • Proficiency in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic team with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
