Job Description

  • Act as a
    Marketplace Ads specialist
    (TikTok Shop & Shopee), optimizing ad tools and features to drive sales performance and ROAS.
  • Manage
    end-to-end marketplace ads campaigns
    , including planning, setup, execution, daily monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make
    data-driven decisions
    to improve conversion, efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Coordinate and execute
    ads strategies across multiple brands
    , ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Review and provide direction to the
    operations and content/VDO team
    for ads creative development.
  • Monitor daily performance in the
    Ads dashboard
    , identify performance issues based on data, and continuously optimize to achieve target results.
  • Take ownership of
    ads performance and results
    , including revenue contribution and ROAS.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communication, or equivalent experience).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Minimum
    1 year of experience in marketplace ads or performance marketing
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    performance marketing, conversion funnels, and customer acquisition
    in e-commerce.
  • Solid knowledge of
    marketplace advertising logic and algorithms
    (TikTok Shop Ads, Shopee Ads).
  • Experience with
    TikTok Shop Ads
    is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable working with
    data and reports
    using Microsoft Excel or Google Data Studio.
  • Familiar with current
    e-commerce and performance marketing trends
    .
  • Experience in
    campaign planning, creative review, and working closely with creative/content teams
    .
  • Proactive learner with a strong interest in
    marketplace ads, TikTok Shop, and continuous optimization
    .
