What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
  2. Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and tax returns
  3. Conducting research and analysis to support the accounting and tax functions
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations
  5. Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
  6. Providing exceptional client service and support

What we're looking for

  1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  3. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications
  4. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements
