About the Position

BUUMI is seeking an experienced, strategic, and relationship-driven
Brand, Partnership & Sponsorship Manager
to elevate our brand, expand our collaboration ecosystem, and drive high-value sponsorship initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead brand strategy and ensure consistent expression across all channels
  • Develop compelling brand narratives, campaigns, and content
  • Identify, secure, and manage high-impact partnerships and sponsorships
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners: brands, media, influencers, and community groups
  • Develop co-branded initiatives that strengthen brand equity and business value
  • Lead sponsorship proposals, negotiations, agreements, and deliverables
  • Oversee brand activations, events, and collaboration projects
  • Track and evaluate brand performance, partnership ROI, and audience insights

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years of experience in brand, partnerships, sponsorships, or marketing
  • Proven leadership experience
    , with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills
  • Strong creativity and storytelling capability
  • Demonstrated success managing campaigns, partnerships, or sponsorship programs
  • Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, purpose-driven environment
  • Bonus: experience in lifestyle, education, hospitality, or family-focused brands
