Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Staff member located in Gambir. The Sales Staff will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, analyzing customer requirements, and presenting tailored solutions. Additionally, the individual will contribute to achieving sales targets, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and business negotiation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for understanding client needs
  • Experience in market research and strategic planning to identify potential opportunities
  • Familiarity with software, cybersecurity, or technology-based products is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field is preferred
  • Prior experience in sales or business development is advantageous
