Scope of Work:

  • Assist in the candidate sourcing process, job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and administrative tasks.
  • Support the team in managing development programs, including competency frameworks, training implementation, and learning effectiveness evaluation.
  • Support performance management activities by assisting in KPI data collection and appraisal administration.
  • Assist the team in updating organizational structures and job descriptions, as well as supporting job promotion analysis.

Qualification:

  • Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Psychology
  • Strong two-way communication skills; active and proactive.
  • Able to work effectively in a team.
