About the Role
The Account Manager acts as the key bridge between clients and the agency—balancing relationship management, business growth, and strategic campaign direction. This role is designed for someone who not only manages accounts but also drives strategic initiatives, ensuring that every campaign connects brand purpose with measurable business impact.
You will lead the end-to-end campaign lifecycle—from client brief and insight-driven strategy development to execution and performance evaluation—while maintaining a strong client-centric mindset that positions the agency as a true business partner, not just a service provider.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, building trusted partnerships and aligning agency output with client goals.
- Manage daily communication, project performance, and client satisfaction to ensure consistent value delivery.
- Cultivate long-term relationships, identifying new growth opportunities within client portfolios.
Strategic Planning & Campaign Development
- Translate business and marketing objectives into actionable, insight-led campaign strategies.
- Lead the creation of strategic briefs and collaborate with creative, media, and partnership teams for integrated execution.
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to craft data-driven recommendations.
- Provide holistic campaign evaluations, post-campaign reports, and performance optimization strategies.
Project & Performance Management
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables—ensuring alignment between creative excellence and business KPIs.
- Monitor and interpret campaign performance data to improve ROI and optimize future campaigns.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to maintain strategic alignment across all touchpoints.
Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor and guide junior team members to strengthen client servicing and strategic acumen.
- Report directly to senior leadership (COO or Strategy Director) and collaborate with management on key client initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (Master's degree a plus).
- 5–8 years of experience in account management, marketing strategy, or brand management (agency or FMCG experience preferred).
- Proven success in developing and managing integrated campaigns from strategy to execution.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to transform insights into actionable business strategies and creative briefs.
- A client-first mindset with a balance of strategic thinking and operational discipline.
- Strong deck-making skills (pitch, creative deck, reports).
- Understanding of social media & performance marketing is a plus.
- Agile, proactive, team player, and solution-driven.
- Great communication (Bahasa + English) & strong client management skills.
- Able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Available for full WFO from Pancoran Office
