Role Overview:
We are looking for an
Account Manager
who is commercially minded, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing client relationships. This role is critical in
maintaining existing customer accounts
, ensuring
customer satisfaction
,
timely collections
, and identifying opportunities for
upsell and cross-sell
across our product suite.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Account Management
- Manage and own a portfolio of
existing B2B customers - Act as the main point of contact for clients post-sales
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and ongoing usage of the platform
Revenue Retention & Growth
- Ensure
contract renewals
and prevent churn - Proactively identify
upsell and cross-sell opportunities - Work closely with Sales and Product teams to expand account value
- Monitor account health, usage trends, and customer satisfaction
Collections & Commercial Ownership
- Ensure
timely invoicing and collections - Follow up with clients on outstanding payments in a professional manner
- Coordinate internally to resolve billing or commercial issues quickly
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, billing, and payment status
Client Success & Coordination
- Understand client business needs and align them with product capabilities
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Tech, Product, Finance) to resolve issues
- Act as the voice of the customer internally
Requirements
- Prior 3-5 years experience in
B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Technology services - Strong experience managing
existing customer accounts - Comfortable handling
commercial discussions
, including renewals and collections - Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts independently
Good to have
- Experience with
fintech products
(e.g. verification, compliance, data, payments, lending) - Experience working with
mid-market or enterprise clients - Background in
Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management - Exposure to
upselling / cross-selling
in a SaaS environment
