Job Description:

  1. Melakukan analisa terkait portfolio customer dan proses produksinya dengan tujuan dapat memberikan saran dan rekomendasi kepada customer terkait dengan pengembangan yang dibutuhkan.
  2. Membuat kreasi menu dan food costing dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan dan karakteristik dari customer dengan tujuan untuk mendukung tim sales area dalam menawarkan produk ke outlet.
  3. Membuat ide baru mengenai menu makanan yang berhubungan dengan produk One GarudaFood yang dapat menjadi tren baru di industri F&B dengan tujuan meningkatkan awareness dari customer.a
  4. Memberikan ide mengenai pengembangan produk baru dengan tujuan memastikan aplikasi produk baru sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan customer.
  5. Menjaga kebersihan, penataan peralatan dapur, termasuk maintenance-nya dengan tujuan untuk memastikan dapur siap digunakan.
  6. Melakukan cooking demo (domestik dan internasional) sesuai dengan permintaan dari Commercial Team dengan tujuan membantu meningkatkan penjualan.
  7. Melakukan joint call bersama tim penjualan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui peluang dan juga potensi dari customer.

Job Requirements:

Pendidikan

• Minimal D3, Jurusan Tata Boga/Pastry

Pengalaman

• Minimal 1 tahun sebagai Technical Chef/Chef/Demi Chef

Pengetahuan Khusus

• Memiliki pengetahuan terkait dengan industri kuliner

• Memiliki kemampuan public speaking

Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di PT Mulia Boga Raya, Tbk
